Quality Management System
In 1999 we implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9002 policy. For this reason we were certified by AENOR (Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification) for “The expertise and economic valuation of goods, rights and companies”.
Euroval periodically updates its QMS and adjusts its processes to the client’s needs, current regulations and the requirements of the standard itself. In 2003 the system was updated to the ISO 9001:2000 and then adapted again to the latest version ISO 9001:2015.
The Quality Management System implemented is a fundamental advance in the orientation towards maximum satisfaction and protection of our customers, which is evident in all areas of the company and whose maximum expression is reflected in the established Quality Policy.
Ethical Code / Internal Rules of Conduct (IRC)
Euroval has an Ethical Code and an Internal Code of Conduct (ICR) which ensures the transparency, independence, consistency and quality of the professional services it provides to the general public and to its clients in particular.
The Ethical Code and the Code of Conduct are compulsory for all Euroval’s managers, employees and professionals, and provide the rules that must guide both their behaviour and their professional performance.
