Euroval offers its clients the service of obtaining a Nota Simple through its web page.
In this document, the customer can consult the conditions of the service.
The contracting of the service requires the acceptance of the General Conditions of Contracting that are included in the same and that the client recognizes to have read.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Business indicated in this document have been drawn up in accordance with the following provisions: Law 34/2004, of 11 July, on the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Service Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Law 7/1998, of 15 January, on General Contracting Conditions. Law 7/1996, of 5 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade and any other applicable legal provisions.
Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provisions that may be applicable.
Euroval reserves the right to modify or update the General Contracting Conditions, as well as the specific conditions which may be included. Such modifications or updates will be published on the website (euroval.com) and shall be applicable to all contracts made from that time onwards.
2. OBJECT
The purpose of the present contract of General Contracting Conditions is to regulate the relationship between Euroval and the client when it grants its consent in the contracting process by accepting the payment box. Prior to the client’s acceptance, the different legal texts will be made available to him/her, i.e. General Contracting Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Legal Notice.
3. DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER
A client is considered to be any individual or legal entity with the capacity to contract according to the legislation applicable to them in accordance with their nationality, and it is necessary to register on the form requesting the provision of the service from Euroval.
The provision of personal data and the purchase of products through our portal requires that you are of legal age, in accordance with Spanish legislation, and have the legal capacity to contract the services offered on this website on your own.
The services are provided to the client in his capacity as recipient or end user of the same, and the resale or commercialization of the service, as well as the assignment of the contract without the express authorization of Euroval, is strictly prohibited.
4. DEFINITION OF THE SERVICE OFFERED
The services will be defined in the form that the client must complete at the time of the service request, through its web page euroval.com
Through this tool, the customer, in a simple way, can request a Nota Simple of any type ofreal estate: flat, real estate, local, land, garage etc.
5. PROCESS OF PROVISSION OF THE REGISTRAL SEVICE OF SIMPLE NOTE
Order registration
The request for the service will be made by filling out the electronic request form, made available to the customer, in which the customer must fill out the details of real estate whose Nota Simple is requested. All data fields included in the form are mandatory, unless otherwise indicated.
Once the form has been filled in and the delivery time service (standard or express) has been chosen, and before going on to the purchase process, the program will show the price of the service.
At this point the customer will be shown the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which he must read and accept.
Once the application details have been verified, you will be shown the screen corresponding to the payment platform, where you will proceed to pay for the service.
Once the payment has been made, it will be understood that the service has been contracted and the acquisition of the service will be confirmed by sending an email to the email address provided.
Payment for the work requested. Price and invoice
The payment of the fees is necessary, for the provision of the requested work. This will be done by credit or debit card, or in accordance with any other means of payment that are enabled at any time on the page.
The price of the service is indicated prior to contracting it, including indirect taxes.
The price of the service paid by the client will be fully refunded in the event that, for any reason not attributable to the client, Euroval is unable to provide the service contracted.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 164. One, 3º. 2 of Law 37/1992, of 28 December, Value Added Tax Law, if the client requests an invoice, the client gives its consent to Euroval to issue the corresponding invoice in its name in electronic format, as well as to have it sent to the mailbox provided at the time of the formalization of the contract with Euroval.
The customer may at any time revoke his express consent to receive the invoice in electronic form. To do so, they must send an e-mail to the following address: clientesonline@euroval.com, in which they will identify themselves with the data with which they have contracted the service, and indicate their interest in receiving the invoice on paper.

Sending of the formalization of the contract. Validity and duration
After the payment of the work according to the delivery service chosen by the client, a summary document of the request will be shown on the screen, including the data of the order requested by the client and the payment made.
The electronic document in which the request is formalized, will be sent via e-mail to the address that the applicant indicates in the electronic form as confirmation of the order.
The contract will come into force and take effect from the moment the customer accepts and pays for the service. The contract will have a defined duration, which will be given by the reception by the client of the response to the contracted service.
Rejection of the order by Euroval
Euroval may refuse to carry out the order, justifying the reason to the client and notifying it within a maximum period of 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time the order is requested.
In the event that the order is rejected, Euroval will fully reimburse the client for the amount paid by him/her.
Deadline and delivery of the Nota Simple. Considerations
The approximate average referral time for the Nota Simple is 3-5 days for Standard Service and 24-48 hours for Urgent Service (excluding weekends and holidays).
The applicant will receive the Nota Simple at the e-mail address indicated in the application, in PDF format.
In the event that the client, for any reason, does not receive the Nota Simple at the e-mail address provided, he/she may, at any time, notify the incident by e-mail at _COPY1 , indicating again his/her e-mail address, as well as any other e-mail address where he/she wishes to receive the Nota Simple.
For Urgent Service requests, which have not been attended to within a maximum period of 48 hours, within the computable days indicated above, Euroval will eliminate the urgency cost, applying only the Standard Service cost.
If in the process of providing the service it is necessary to present a new request to the Land Registry, either by resolution of the incident or due to lack of data or modification of the request by the client, the period for calculating the management will start again from the date on which the rectification or modification of the request has taken place.
The client accepts that the time and terms set by Eurovaloraciones S.A., for the provision of the delivery service of the Nota Simple are in accordance with the standards of good faith and approximation parameters, not being part of the terms of the contract. Therefore, Eurovaloraciones S.A. will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly caused to the client or to third parties due to delays and/or failures in the supply or delivery of the products and/or services requested on the dates and terms set. Eurovaloraciones S.A., will not be liable to the client or third parties for delays in the delivery of the services ordered and which are subject to the procedures whose final management depends on the Land Registry and other Public Administrations.
6. SCOPE OF THE RESULTS OBTAINED
Eurovaloraciones S.A. is not responsible for the form and content in which the Registers issue the Simple Notes (literal photocopy of the entries or extracts issued).
The Urgent Service will apply if the note is processed before the end of the day after the discharge date. Weekends, national, regional, local or any other kind of public holidays will not be considered when calculating the period for this supplement.
7. WITHDRAWAL
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract without having to justify the reasons for withdrawal, provided that he has not received the report. Notwithstanding the above, the client is informed that, as this is a service provision, which has also been prepared based on particular client specifications, the client may not exercise the right of withdrawal when the service has been completed, i.e. when Euroval has delivered the Nota Simple to the client, and/or once Euroval has started to provide the service prior to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, which is expressly accepted by the client by means of the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
In order to exercise their right, and always within the period established in the previous section, the client may use the withdrawal form that they consider most appropriate, or make an unequivocal statement that leaves a record of their decision to withdraw from the service.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Euroval undertakes to treat the information to which it has access in connection with the provision of services with the utmost confidentiality.
9. SECURITY POLICY
Eurovaloraciones, S.A. guarantees security in all communications with its clients. All data operations will be carried out on a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which by means of an encryption system, makes it impossible to access the data in case of violation attempts by third parties.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present conditions of contract will be governed by the Spanish laws in force at the time.
Whenever the Law allows it, the parties, for any legal claims that may arise, submit to the courts of Alicante, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

The real estatesobjects of this service must be located in Spanish territory.
The report will be issued in Spanish.
*Simple Registration Notes are valid for 3 months from their date of issue to be used in the application for mortgage guarantee appraisals.
