- The First Occupation license in the town hall of the locality.
- Register the house through the property deeds before a notary.
- Submit the property deeds to the Land Registry.
- Carry out the corresponding water, gas, etc. bulletins.
- Request the registration of the different supplies (we will need the corresponding bulletins for each of them).
As you can see, the fact that the house is prefabricated does not reduce the procedures or the steps to follow to install the house and request the corresponding permits.
The explanation is simple, although the house has already been manufactured previously, the truth is that there are many elements that can influence its subsequent location. The land and the peculiarities of the area where it will be installed. Also, the different regulations of the community or the town hall will influence the installation.
In short, the fact that it is a prefabricated house does not mean that you can install it wherever you want and without permits. The procedure is the same as if the house is built on site from scratch.
