Our Business Director, Yolanda Montes, together with João Pedro Quaresma, representative of our Portuguese partner The Inner Value (TIV), participated on September 20 and 21 in the first edition of the Portugal Real Estate Summit, an international real estate event, where experts and professionals from the sector analyzed the current situation of the Portuguese real estate market, with a focus on broad collaboration with Spain and with the intention of strengthening ties between Madrid, Barcelona, and Lisbon as the main centers of attraction for real estate investment in the Iberian Peninsula. The meeting was held at the Hotel Palacio de Estoril in Lisbon.
Among the speakers were representatives of international funds and major consulting firms such as Merlin Properties, Deloitte, Aguirre Newman, Meyer Bergman, CBRE Global Investors, and JLL, among others. The high level of participation of international companies in the Summit has been a pleasant surprise, - says Yolanda Montes.
