What a water installation certificate must have
The interior water installation certificate or bulletin must include several data in order to be valid. We summarize them here:

If it is necessary and essential that a water bulletin be made in the first occupation of the home or premises in the case that it is a new installation, it is also necessary if there are modifications.
As we have already explained, the initial bulletin does not expire, as long as there are no modifications to the installation itself. In the event of a variation or reform, it will be necessary to request a professional to renew our water bulletin and present it again. Failure to do so could lead to legal consequences and fines in the event that there is a problem with said water installation in the future.
