When Euroval was established in 1990, our main objective was to provide the best service to our clients. Today, 27 years later, this objective remains in force.
At that time, we considered the location to be paramount; we wanted to open the office in a strategic and accessible place. Madrid, both for being the Spanish capital and for its central location, quickly emerged as the ideal destination to locate our business address. This is how we opened our first office in Madrid, in 1993, located on Azcona Street. During the first years of our existence as a company, this space met expectations in order to serve our clients. However, as Euroval grew and expanded nationally and internationally, we saw the need to move to a larger space that offered better features.
Thus, in 1997, we moved to the offices on Alonso Cano Street in Madrid and, later, in 2001, to our current location at Marqués de Urquijo, 11. Since then, we have served our clients in this office. We believe that our Madrid headquarters is located in a strategic point of the capital.
Euroval's headquarters in Madrid has modern facilities with a reception area, offices – including that of the company's president, José Vázquez Seijo – and meeting rooms equipped with the latest technologies to interact with our clients not only in person but also online and, of course, a large open area where the technical and operations management departments are located, providing technical support to the network of professionals who work for Euroval's appraisal company, and who are distributed throughout Spain and Portugal.
Euroval's consulting firm, the Institute of Real Estate Analysis, is based in this office. And it is from here that they carry out work in the field of research, design and development of mathematical-statistical models for market analysis and studies. Likewise, INSTAI professionals operate in various fields related to economics and annually produce the Euroval Real Estate Situation Report (InmoCoyuntura).
