Our method
In these analyses, we must place special emphasis on detecting the speculative elements that may influence the value for certain purposes, and in each case the appraiser will quantify the influence of each of them.
During this visit, registry, identification, and physical checks are carried out regarding surface area, distribution, technical characteristics, types of materials, finishes, uses, state of conservation, etc.
The urban planning situation of the property is then analyzed, its alternatives in the surrounding area are considered, and possible discrepancies with the cadastral data are checked.
