Project Monitoring
Project Monitoring is an independent service that monitors the most relevant aspects of a financed real estate development, where the project’s progress is analyzed periodically.
The objective is to detect current or potential risk situations early on.
The service covers different phases throughout the entire development:
1. Site visit
2. Document analysis
3. Report preparation
4. Supervision and validation
- Initially, a report will be prepared with a preliminary audit to analyze the project’s viability.
- Subsequently, periodic monitoring reports will be carried out until the end of the development. These reports will focus on the actual progress of the construction work and work certifications, review of invoices, and updates to the flow of collections and payments incurred.
- It will conclude with a final report prepared in parallel with the processing of the First Occupation License, with the aim of detecting risks that are still latent, as well as establishing the economic closure.
