Our mass appraisal service uses a geostatistical methodology

Euroval’s mass appraisal service uses a geostatistical methodology, offering a current valuation of the properties in the client’s real estate portfolio and the characterization of each property and the portfolio as a whole.

It is carried out with a standardized statistical valuation methodology according to the following automated process (desktop valuation):

Geographic location of the property by geographic coordinates
Rating of the property in order to determine its comparable properties
Identification of the homogeneous geographic area or local market to which it belongs
Standardized statistical calculation of the value of the property and the reliability of the estimate
Review of the value results by expert professionals
