Our mass appraisal service uses a geostatistical methodology

Euroval’s mass appraisal service uses a geostatistical methodology, offering a current valuation of the properties in the client’s real estate portfolio and the characterization of each property and the portfolio as a whole.

It is carried out with a standardized statistical valuation methodology according to the following automated process (desktop valuation):

  • Geographic location of the property by geographic coordinates
  • Rating of the property in order to determine its comparable properties
  • Identification of the homogeneous geographic area or local market to which it belongs
  • Standardized statistical calculation of the value of the property and the reliability of the estimate
  • Review of the value results by expert professionals
