The Department of Statistics and Operations Research I of the Complutense University of Madrid has issued the certificate that verifies the reliability and quality of the Euroval AVM Mass Appraisal System, which has been operating since 2007. The UCM has conducted an extensive study on the AVM System, contrasting the levels of reliability and quality, based on knowledge of the model, its variables, access to its data, and the comparison of results obtained.
Euroval's Real Estate Mass Appraisal System uses a geostatistical methodology, offering a current valuation of the properties in the client's real estate portfolio and the characterization of each property and the portfolio as a whole. Since its creation, the AVM System has undergone many improvements and adaptations, adapting to the different changes and demands to better satisfy the needs of all clients.
