Euroval Has Received the ‘Appraisal 2018’ Award Granted by Editorial Cesine and Metros2 Magazine
In recognition of its outstanding track record in the sector over the past 28 years and its clear commitment from the outset to information and communication technologies, its great team and its prestige. The award was presented during the 23rd edition of the Appraisal and Real Estate Valuation conference, organized by Cesine and Metros2 in Madrid.

The conference, attended by around two hundred specialized professionals, was sponsored by UCI, Valtecnic, Alia Tasaciones, UVE Valoraciones, Tasalia, Arco Valoraciones, JLL, Tecnitasa, Euroval, CBRE, Arquitasa, TasaSur, ATValor and Thirsa; and with the collaboration of the Spanish Association of Value Analysis (AEV), Atasa, Rics, Aeviu, Spanish Mortgage Association and iBorsan.
The ‘Appraisal 2018’ award was collected by the president of Euroval, José Vázquez Seijo, who especially highlighted the team that has been working at the company since 1990 with great involvement. “With the crisis, quite a few problems have arisen in the sector and thanks to everyone's efforts we continue working.” In addition, Vázquez Seijo explained that “major changes are coming in the future”, a future in which “technology as support for the work of the sector” will play an important role.

Subsequently, two round tables were held.
The 23rd edition of the Appraisal and Real Estate Valuation conference was presented by José María Álvarez, president of Cesine Grupo Editorial and director of Metros2 magazine; and, subsequently, José Manuel Sánchez Rodríguez, real estate director of BDO, spoke.
The first, focused on “housing, mortgages, appraisals and value beyond the market”, which was moderated by Estanislao de Kostka de la Quadra Salcedo, general director of Valtecnic; And Germán Pérez Barrio, president of UVE Valoraciones, José Manuel Fernández, deputy general director of UCI, Juan Pablo Niñoles Martínez, director of technology and innovation of Euroval, and Roberto Knop, president of Valoraciones de JLL Spain, participated in it.
The second table discussed “the future of appraisal and valuation of the future”. It was moderated by Ángeles Aguilar, general director of AT Valor; and José María Basáñez, president of Tecnitasa, Cristina Eguilior, national director of appraisals at CBRE, Fernando Vives, technical director of Alia Tasaciones, and Susana Suárez Alvariño, managing director of Atasa, participated in it.
