Last Friday, April 13, EUROVAL presented its commitment to innovation and technology in the sector at Fundesem, its RACE project “Renovation of Euroval's corporate applications”, which began to be developed in its analysis stage in 2017 and which from now on will entail the comprehensive transformation of the company's corporate applications.
.............................................
This project will increase efficiency, incorporating the application of information obtained by big data and artificial intelligence, automating management and control tasks that will in turn increase the quality of service in terms of delivery times and improved resources for the preparation and control of appraisals, redesigning the valuation cycle.
Euroval has chosen the Alicante-based consultancy NitsNets, as its technological partner for the execution of the project, which has also developed the entire initial analysis phase. The implementation will be carried out progressively, concluding the project in the first half of 2020. RACE will concentrate all the knowledge and experience that Euroval has accumulated in its almost three decades as a technological benchmark in valuation systems, based on the also innovative “expert appraisal system”, which it introduced in the sector in 2000.
As José Vázquez Seijo, president of EUROVAL, assures us, “one of the main challenges facing the valuation and appraisal sector is that of technological change, we are once again committed to innovation, a quality that characterizes us, together with the rigor and control required by the activity.”
