Last Thursday, December 15, our business directors Yolanda Montes and Vanesa Raíces attended the sectorial meeting Suelo 2016, held in Madrid. The conference, organized by CESINE and Metros2, brought together professionals dedicated to urban planning and land management to analyze the present and future of the land market in Spain. The most active developers, investment funds, and real estate servicers in the purchase and development of land in 2016 participated in this important event.

The conference was held in a context marked by investors' renewed appetite to acquire land portfolios to launch new real estate projects.
