Organized by professors Miguel Cuerdo and Pilar Grau at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from May 25 to 27, the program includes one hundred papers covering topics from business policy and public policy evaluation to the environment, demography, monetary and employment policy, and sectors such as housing and tourism.
Our paper “Model for determining housing prices in Spain. Economic policy implication” presents the formulation of an econometric model, for Spain and its provinces, in which the variable to be explained, prices, is determined by the price trend itself, employment, the housing stock, and the average mortgage rate.
