All complaints received will have a written response within a period not exceeding two (2) months, so if after that time your case has not been resolved, or you disagree with the final decision communicated, you may then file a claim with the Market Conduct and Claims Department of the Bank of Spain, through the Virtual Office.
Do you need to verify a valuation certificate?
Euroval offers you the possibility to verify the amount of your valuation certificate via the Internet.
