I am pleased to present our Corporate Social Responsibility report, in which we summarize our principles and commitments to society, our human team, and the environment.
Thanks to the unbeatable effort and commitment of our team, it has been possible to progress every day during our more than 35 years of professional experience.
Since its inception, Euroval has been developing to give character to an organization whose objective is and always has been to improve its internal processes in order to achieve excellence in quality with our clients and strengthen the image of the company as a solid, innovative, and committed company.

We Have been Approved and Supervised by the Bank of Spain since 1990
Since its inception, Euroval has been developing to give character to an organization whose objective is and always has been to improve its internal processes in order to achieve excellence in quality with our clients and strengthen the image of the company as a solid, innovative, and committed company. Ultimately, we want to do things right and offer value-added solutions to our clients. The company develops its real estate appraisal reports with transparency and traceability and is surrounded by qualified professionals in continuous training.
We Have Completed more than 2,400,000 Reports
Our staff has signed and assumed a Code of Ethics and an Internal Code of Conduct, which guarantees our independence, objectivity, and professionalism. The methodology applied is in line with European and international standards and has an experience of more than 1,500,000 reports carried out. The values of a company are very important pillars for any organization. With them, it defines itself, and they are the reflection of the people who comprise it. For Euroval, values define our identity as a company and constitute the driving force behind how we do our work every day. We believe that our success is a consequence of them, among which we highlight our professionalism, innovation, independence, trust, adaptability, and commitment.
We Have an Environmental Management System Certified by AENOR
We are aware of the importance of our actions in reducing our carbon footprint, therefore, at Euroval we have acquired a commitment to the environment, since 2021 we have an Environmental Management System certified by AENOR in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 standard.
We Have Student Internship Scholarship Programs
Each year we integrate young students into our company, through student internship scholarship programs, and we do so supported by different universities and national university foundations, in this way we try to promote the integration of young people into the world of work. Each year the percentage of effective placement of these profiles is increasing, which motivates us to continue participating in this great experience. Our operating group is made up of Eurovaloraciones, S.A. as the main appraisal company, and also includes the Institute of Real Estate Analysis, specialized in the research and development of mathematical-statistical models and information systems, destined for the analysis, monitoring and projection of real estate information, which we update through our social networks and make available to all users.

We offer a proven experience, a commitment to RDI, continuous training of the team together with the ethical behavior of our professionals.
At Euroval we have a Quality Management System certified by AENOR that has been updated, through a process of continuous improvement, from its implementation in 1999 to the present, adapting to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
Our concept of quality is not only shown in the procedures and requirements of the standard, but is integrated into our organization and our work methodology.

To guarantee the maximum satisfaction of our clients, we involve all the members of the company, carry out technical/operational audits, appraiser evaluation, client work committees, prioritizing at all times improving the service provided.
What we are most proud of is maintaining the trust of our clients through a 100% loyalty of institutional clients and the increase in contracted services. Thanks to them, we grow together with our clients every year.
Euroval in the palm of your hand
To respond to the needs of our clients, we have developed a web application for home valuation where users can perform an online valuation of their home or request a real estate valuation audited by an expert appraiser.
In turn, through our section “Request a quote” the client can know the appraisal price of their home by simply filling out a brief form with the data of their property.
We are committed to our employees
Euroval is made up of more than 500 professionals in the real estate appraisal sector.
Together with all types of assets throughout the national territory, graduates in a wide list of university degrees, mainly of a technical nature, and more than 120 people in its central services, providing support and assistance to the entire national network. That is why our work purposes are daily aimed at improving the quality of work with efficient management mechanisms, supporting continuous training through the Internet and adapted technical courses, and guaranteeing security and continuity in the company, trying to attract talent and motivating performance.
Aware of the importance of promoting the reconciliation of family and work life, Euroval supports a flexible policy, with a day adapted to personal needs that allows improving the work quality of the team. We believe that these actions are necessary to motivate and maintain a uniform and solid workforce.
Communication, transparency, and personalized treatment are a mark of distinction, due to the importance of the people who make up any business organization. We manage good customer service not only with the external client, but also with the internal client, copying healthy habits into our DNA and disseminating them through all our channels.
Euroval Social Work
At Euroval we have been collaborating with the Rafiki Africa Charitable Association for years. One of the objectives of our social work is to help, not only with the creation and maintenance of water wells and schools, but also with medical assistance in areas where access to health services is difficult, such as in the Kikuube district, one of the most impoverished populations in Uganda, with a high rate of malaria and a shortage of access to health services.
The Rafiki Euroval medical dispensary serves more than 500 people, mostly children and women affected by malaria, typhoid fever and child malnutrition.
