Euroval incorporates its Real Estate Situation Report \u201cInmoCoyuntura\u201d into the portal. This study has been conducted by the Company since 2009 and is currently published annually. It includes, among other data, the maximum and minimum prices (absolute and per square meter) of multi-story housing based on a sample composed of offers and appraisals, while also showing the data segmented by provincial capitals and Autonomous Communities.<\/p>\n

The preciosdevivienda.es<\/a> portal is an initiative that brings together reports and statistics on housing prices in Spain in a single point of consultation.<\/strong> To date, it includes 14 entities, whose reports together represent a very significant part of the total related to this indicator, providing transparency and clarity, so that users have a tool that helps them understand the peculiarities of the data that are published periodically.<\/p>\n

Currently, the preciosdevivienda.es portal is made up of the Spanish Association of Value Analysis (AEV), the Spanish Mortgage Association (AHE), the Association of Real Estate Developers (ASPRIMA), the Association of Property and Commercial Registrars of Spain, the General Council of Notaries, Idealista, the National Institute of Statistics, the Ministry of Development, the International Real Estate Exhibition of Madrid, Sociedad de Tasaci\u00f3n, Tinsa, Pisos.com, the Real Estate Cadastre, and Euroval.<\/p>\n
