This report includes data referring to the first half of 2017 or shows an estimate for the full year, and this issue highlights the following among its numerous conclusions:<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5754 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/euroval.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/inmocoyuntura-2017-1.png\" alt=\"inmocoyuntura-2017\" width=\"400\" height=\"287\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Andalusia, Catalonia, Madrid, and Valencia account for 65% of the total transactions carried out in Spain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The price of housing per square meter in provincial capitals is stabilizing with a slight reduction in both maximums and minimums.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><em>Home sales will grow by 20% in the period 2016-2017.<\/em><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><em>Only one in 10 home sales is for new housing.<\/em><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4><em>The most expensive rentals are found in the Balearic Islands, Barcelona, Guip\u00fazcoa, Madrid, M\u00e1laga, and Vizcaya.<\/em><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The news has had a great impact on the media.
