\"inmocoyuntura\"<\/a>On May 18th, we published the twelfth edition of InmoCoyuntura, the annual report we produce in conjunction with our Institute of Real Estate Analysis (INSTAI)<\/a> on the Spanish housing market. Among its many conclusions this year, it highlights that housing values have recovered to 2004 levels, but with half the number of transactions as in that year.<\/p>\n
