Euroval Has Received the \u2018Appraisal 2018\u2019 Award Granted by Editorial Cesine and Metros2 Magazine<\/h1>\n\n

In recognition of its outstanding track record in the sector over the past 28 years and its clear commitment from the outset to information and communication technologies, its great team and its prestige. The award was presented during the 23rd edition of the Appraisal and Real Estate Valuation conference, organized by Cesine and Metros2 in Madrid. <\/p>\n\n

The conference, attended by around two hundred specialized professionals, was sponsored by UCI, Valtecnic, Alia Tasaciones, UVE Valoraciones, Tasalia, Arco Valoraciones, JLL, Tecnitasa, Euroval, CBRE, Arquitasa, TasaSur, ATValor and Thirsa; and with the collaboration of the Spanish Association of Value Analysis (AEV), Atasa, Rics, Aeviu, Spanish Mortgage Association and iBorsan.<\/p>\n\n

The \u2018Appraisal 2018\u2019 award was collected by the president of Euroval, Jos\u00e9 V\u00e1zquez Seijo<\/strong>, who especially highlighted the team that has been working at the company since 1990 with great involvement. \u201cWith the crisis, quite a few problems have arisen in the sector and thanks to everyone's efforts we continue working.\u201d In addition, V\u00e1zquez Seijo explained that \u201cmajor changes are coming in the future\u201d, a future in which \u201ctechnology as support for the work of the sector\u201d will play an important role. <\/p>\n\n

Subsequently, two round tables were held.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The 23rd edition of the Appraisal and Real Estate Valuation conference was presented by Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda \u00c1lvarez, president of Cesine Grupo Editorial and director of Metros2 magazine; and, subsequently, Jos\u00e9 Manuel S\u00e1nchez Rodr\u00edguez, real estate director of BDO, spoke.<\/p>\n\n

The first, focused on \u201chousing, mortgages, appraisals and value beyond the market\u201d, which was moderated by Estanislao de Kostka de la Quadra Salcedo, general director of Valtecnic; And Germ\u00e1n P\u00e9rez Barrio, president of UVE Valoraciones, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Fern\u00e1ndez, deputy general director of UCI, Juan Pablo Ni\u00f1oles Mart\u00ednez, director of technology and innovation of Euroval, and Roberto Knop, president of Valoraciones de JLL Spain, participated in it.<\/p>\n\n

The second table discussed \u201cthe future of appraisal and valuation of the future\u201d. It was moderated by \u00c1ngeles Aguilar, general director of AT Valor; and Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Bas\u00e1\u00f1ez, president of Tecnitasa, Cristina Eguilior, national director of appraisals at CBRE, Fernando Vives, technical director of Alia Tasaciones, and Susana Su\u00e1rez Alvari\u00f1o, managing director of Atasa, participated in it. <\/p>\n\n
