All companies listed on the stock exchange are governed for the purposes of accounting valuation of their assets (consolidated accounts) by the IAS\/IFRS and the rest of the companies based in Spain by the General Accounting Plan PGC of 2007. Euroval has adapted its technical processes to the valuation criteria contemplated in both regulations for the reports it makes for these purposes. Thus, depending on the type of asset, and the consideration of this for accounting purposes (inventories, investment property, property for own use), Euroval technicians apply the valuation method that is appropriate to the aforementioned regulations to obtain the fair value, the net realizable value and the value in use. <\/p>\n
