Euroval’s mass appraisal service uses a geostatistical methodology, offering a current valuation of the properties in the client’s real estate portfolio and the characterization of each property and the portfolio as a whole.<\/p>

It is carried out with a standardized statistical valuation<\/strong> methodology according to the following automated process (desktop valuation):<\/p>
